I had another one of my monochromatic days...What can I say, black is my favorite color to wear! :o)

"Me not working hard? Yeah right."
I know I fell off the face of the earth again...sorry! Life has been keeping me busy!

People's Liberation top. BCBG tank top. Heartloom skirt. House of Harlow ring. Calvin Klein heels.

From the next episode's fashion show, they look amazing! Hanna's dress is super cute, Spencer's dress is super plunging, Emily's dress is a great color, and maybe if the nude part of Aria's dress was a different color, I'd like it.

Love these outfits, so summer glam!

Can't wait for the next Pretty Little Liars episode, I know I'll be fashionably inspired!
I love this People's Liberation top, it is fun, versatile, and really comfortable--yay for easy cute things to throw on! I specifically chose it to go with the Heartloom skirt because balance is usually key. If my skirt is fitted, I try to make my top a little looser and vice versa; it helps make the outfit not be too much (when really fitted top to bottom) or not so flattering (with everything loose fitting).
The next episode of Pretty Little Liars is supposed to be fashion focused and I am so so excited! In general, I can't get enough of that show, it's really gripping--I mean, how psycho does "A" keep getting??
Most stylish funeral attendees I've ever seen (from the last episode)!

"You got designer shades, just to hide your face."
It was another lazy day. I was running late so I threw on my Joie maxi dress, Juicy Couture jacket, and flats (as well as accessories, of course--I wasn't feeling so lazy that I would go sans accessories!) because it was an easy, but still cute, outfit. I had planned on changing my outfit later in the day but ending up really liking the outfit so I wore it all day. Maxi dresses are definitely essential for any girl--they are cute and great to just throw on really quick! :o)

Love the floral print design on the side of the sunglasses! :o)

Obviously, Gossip Girl is full of amazing style, but it's been awhile since I saw something that made me go, "OMG, I LOVE THAT!" That is, until I saw the Twenty8Twelve "Petunia" top Serena wore in the season finale ("The Wrong Goodbye"). I love it with the Herve Leger "Contrast Bandage Pencil Skirt" too!

What did you think of 90210 and Gossip Girl season finales (if you watched)? [NOTE: slight spoilers follow!] 90210 was okay, I was really sad Liam and Annie won't be together, and I think Adrianna needs a serious wake up call. Otherwise, I don't think it was too exciting.
Gossip Girl was pretty good, though not as good as I thought it would be. Most importantly, thank goodness Blair didn't get caught/die in a fire. Is there anyone else besides me who hates Vanessa? She really needs to go away, and I don't mean to Barcelona. She just needs to go away in general. At least Georgina is funny. Vanessa is just a selfish beyotch (sorry if I offended anyone, I couldn't think of any other nicer way to put it). I don't think this season finale was as gripping as the ones in the past, but I still can't wait until Gossip Girl returns.
However, if we're talking about gripping season finales, Castle anyone? That one was a total cliffhanger!
Thankfully, we don't have to wait too long for good television--Pretty Little Liars returns next month! I'm excited to have both my drama and fashion needs filled. :o)
I am entering Dylan & Rose's 2011 Style Competition and would really appreciate your vote!

Thanks so much! I really appreciate it!! :o)

"Oh, here it goes again."
Nicole at Electric Daze recently tagged me to do this Q & A in my handwriting so here is mine! (Sorry for the bad scan!)

I have tagged:
Fashion Cappuccino
Glam Kitten's Litter Box
Modanista Junkie
So What If I Like Pretty Things?
I think it's a fun way to see each other's handwriting. :o)
My successful attempt at the braided headband a la Hanna from "The Badass Seed" (I think) episode of Pretty Little Liars.

The same friend who I did the painting of Peter the Panda for liked it so much, he commissioned me to do another picture. I don't know if I like the Peter the Panda one better or this one. You can't really tell in this picture, but this painting is amazingly awesome because the stars on the panda's pajamas glow in the dark. :o)

I've been really sick lately and living off antibiotics and ibuprofen. I promise to restart my outfit posts as soon as I start feeling normal again!
If you haven't checked out my new shop store, be sure to! You can now Shop Samantha via tumblr :o) I have items as low as $15 and brand new, be sure to check it out!
Happy Hump Day (Wednesday = middle of week)!

All I want...is another stylish addition to my closet.
The great thing about sample sales and flash sales sites is the easy access to new brands. Through a flash sale site, I was introduced to Lucca Couture which is now one of my favorite brands.
I recently discovered Garner Grace through Modnique, a flash sale site I recently joined. Garner Grace has simple, yet chic clothes! I pretty much want everything in the sale, but below are my top favorites. :o) The sale is currently going on now and will last for 2 more days so be sure to check it out!

Of all 4 of the Pretty Little Liars, Aria is probably my favorite in both style and personality. However, in this last week's "Je Suis une Amie" episode, it was Spencer's style I was obsessing over. I absolutely love, love, love Spencer's top here! After I watched the video, I knew I had to find out what shirt she was wearing. It is Foley & Corrina's "Draped Lion Tunic." At $120, it is sadly out of my price range. There is also the "Asymmetric Lion Head Blouse" which is a similar style and a wee bit cheaper.

Also obsessing over another Pretty Little Liars outfit....

All I want...is a pretty little outfit.
Any other Pretty Little Liars fans out there? I only recently started watching the show last month. All my other shows were having their re-runs so I spent a couple nights watching all the episodes of Pretty Little Liars. Teen dramas are my guilty pleasure, and I love this show!
Aria (played by Lucy Hale) has a fun, slightly boho style to her look. Never in a million years would I have paired a colored cami--or colored anything really--with leopard print. In my mind, it would just clash and look disastrous. But Aria made it work, and overall, I am in love with the outfit she wore for Monday's episode ("Moments Later").
Obsession of the Week: Aria's look

Leopard cardigan: BCBG
Get the look with Mango cardigan
Purple lace cami: Forever 21
Get the look with Old Navy
Shorts: Free People
Get the look with BDG shorts
Necklace: vintage
Get the look with Forever 21 turquoise necklace
Boots: vintage
Get the look with Frye boots
Tights: unknown
Get the look with Forever 21
Do you have any show/celebrity inspired outfits? :o)
